Important Information
Business Policies
Please review the following policies before purchasing a service. Payment confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
A nonrefundable deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the final, unwatermarked files or completed website are released.
Projects priced at $50 or less may require full payment upfront. Larger projects may be divided into scheduled payments when approved by CHR Creative Services.
Work will not begin until the required payment and all necessary project information have been received.
Accepted payment methods will be provided to the client at the time of booking.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting payment or authorizing CHR Creative Services to begin work, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these policies.
Policies may be updated as services and business needs change. The policies in effect on the client's booking date will apply to that project.
