How long does a tribute take to create?
Most digital tributes are ready for your private preview within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your photos, details, and music choice. If you have a service date coming up quickly, let us know in the request form and we'll prioritize a rush turnaround whenever possible.
What information and content do you need from me?
We'll need the full name of your loved one, birth and passing dates, service or viewing details, the obituary text or the memories you'd like written up, your photos (10-photo and 30-photo packages available), and the name of any hymn or song you'd like included.
How should I send photos?
You can upload them directly through the request form below. Clear, high-resolution scans or phone photos work best. If you only have printed photos, a well-lit picture of the print is usually enough — we'll clean it up during design.
Can I request changes after I see the tribute?
Yes. You receive a private preview to read every word before anything is shared. We revise names, dates, spellings, and wording until the tribute feels exactly right for your family.
How is the finished tribute delivered?
You receive one shareable link that opens beautifully on phones, tablets, and computers — no app or account needed. Share it in a text, an email, a program insert, or on social media, and revisit it any time.
How long does the tribute link stay active?
